Program Administrator

The Program Administrator is a full-time position that reports to the Program Director.


Job Summary:

  1. Office Administration and clerical support including book orders, book inventory, database management, office supplies orders etc.
  2. Support organization’s programs including library, training, volunteer and membership programs
  3. Assist with the update and management of the organization’s website
  4. Reception and handle incoming calls
  5. Assist in ad hoc events/ projects as assigned




  • Form 5-7 or DSE with at least 2-3 years work experience in office administration or related field
  • Knowledge of PC and software applications i.e. MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated
  • Interest in children’s and family literacy issues
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred




Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 5-day work per week. Medical benefits provided.
