Programs - The Bookcase Library Program

Highest quality books in Chinese and English for those who need them most

The Bookcase Library Program matches donors with non-profit organizations to place bookcases filled with quality, age-appropriate and culturally diverse children's books in Chinese and English into community organizations such as nurseries, community centres, shelters, and health clinics. The goal is to provide equitable access to quality children's literature, encourage reading aloud and foster an early love of reading and learning for all children.

BMABHK has identified many non-profit organizations that would greatly benefit from a Bookcase Library on their premises. We can help identify a recipient organization to match the donor's particular area of interest.
